RATI – Plusenergy Industrial and Office Building

The plastics processing and manufacturing plant and office building with its 2.500 sq.m. total net area is the first facility in Hungary designed with Energydesign IDP, and DBS-method, which synthesizes and lays the foundation stones of a holistic planning process between architects and engineers.

It is a low-energy building, using renewable energy (solar, geothermal, wind) and natural ventillation, which can increased to plus-energy building level. Site area: 22.000 sq.m.
