Residential Building with Oguilvy Advertising Company Office

The building is located in the centre of Sofia in the immediate vicinity of one of the main socially significant buildings – the National Palace of Culture. It is built in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city and is surrounded by multi-family blocks of flats, mainly built in the 50’s and 70’s. It is a single-structure building contiguous to another block of flats on one side, and with no adjacent buildings on the others. Vertically the building houses the following functions:
- Basement floor/underground parking lot: maintenance station for the apartments connected to the heating supply and warehouse zones.
- Ground floor: which is connected through inner stairs - a change done in the process of realisation of the project - with the first standard floor housing the central office of the Ogilvy Advertising Agency.

- Second floor: two three-room apartments: living room with a dining room and a kitchen and two bedrooms with own bathroom.
- Third floor: one four-room apartment with living room, dining room and a kitchen and two bedrooms with own bathroom and a study.
- Fourth floor: one three-room apartment with living room, dining room and kitchen and two bedrooms with own bathrooms.
- Fifth floor: one three-room apartment with living room, dining room and a kitchen and two bedrooms with own bathrooms.
